Arif Baigmohamed has over 25 years of PE, corporate development, and operational management experience at blue-chip firms in both Western and frontier markets. Mr. Baigmohamed began his career in marketing and distribution, working for a Coca-Cola bottling company in Pakistan, where he quickly rose to become Head of Operations and Marketing. Following this, he pursued his MBA at Harvard Business School, graduating in 1997.
Upon completing his MBA, he joined Enron International, working on international project development in energy and telecommunications. His key contributions included assisting in the acquisition and development of over $3.0 billion in new projects in markets such as India, Brazil, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, and the United States. He was instrumental in leading deal teams overseeing utility privatizations, IPP and LNG development, and fiber optic build outs across the globe.
Currently, Mr. Baigmohamed serves as Chairman of Cinepax, Pakistan’s first nationally branded chain of multiplex cinemas. He also sits on the boards of Starzplay’s local JV (a leading regional streaming firm) and Fastrak Silverlink, a concession holder for private freight train services on Pakistan’s railway network.
He holds a BA with Honors from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard University.
Saad Ahsanuddin

Mr. Ahsanuddin began his career as an analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in New York, advising and closing several billion dollars of M&A transactions and privatizations. In 1999, he joined Emerging Markets Partnership (EMP), a global private equity firm, where he played a crucial role in raising a USD 730 million fund focused on the Middle East, delivering over a 50% IRR for its investors.
He later contributed to opening New Silk Route’s (NSR) Dubai office, focusing on private equity across the Middle East and Asia. Saad has served on Pakistan’s Privatization Commission, facilitating transactions worth USD 6.3 billion, and held directorships at the Lahore Stock Exchange and the National Commodities Exchange of Pakistan. He also founded the Punjab Board of Investment & Trade (PBIT).
Currently, Mr. Ahsanuddin serves on the boards of leading companies and oversees family businesses in entertainment, real estate, and logistics. He holds dual degrees from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard University.
